"A potent stash of Russian-made surface-to-air missiles is missing from a huge Tripoli weapons warehouse amid reports of weapons looting across war-torn Libya.
They are Grinch SA-24 shoulder-launched missiles, the equivalent of U.S.-made Stinger missiles. They are designed to target front-line aircraft, helicopters, cruise missiles and drones. They can shoot down a plane flying as high as 11,000 feet and can travel 19,000 feet straight out.
Fighters aligned with the National Transitional Council and others swiped armaments from the storage facility, witnesses told Human Rights Watch. The warehouse is located near a base of the Khamis Brigade, a special forces unit in Gadhafi's military, in the southeastern part of the capital."-cnn

reflection
As a writer I feel comfortable enough to say that i haven't really made progress with my writing. I do have a better understanding of the different essays out there waiting to be written. If I had focus in my class i would have made a great deal of development in my writing but i don't, so I haven't had any development in my writing. I have learn there's such things as a rhetorical analysis, argumentive, and synthesis essays.

Some personal information of mine is that I have traveled abroad to help others. I really like helping people out for instance when i do community service that has to do with fixing a place up for other people or going to a place were it helps other i really enjoy it. I'll volunteer with no question asked.
